We are delighted to welcome Kate for the first time this year. Kate initially trained as a yoga teacher in 2012.
She loves to explore all forms of yoga and teaches a combination gentle Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Kate believes Yoga is for EVERYBODY. Young and old, flexible and inflexible, fit and unfit and that retreats are a way to deepen your practice whilst gaining fresh perspectives and inspiration.
In addition to daily yoga classes, the retreat will incorporate meditation, walking, time for relaxation and opportunities for kayaking and massage.
