Open to men and women of all levels of experience, the retreat will be themed around Hrydaykasha Dharana: the Heart Space.
The weekend will include Asana and pranayama (physical practices and breathing exercises) to settle the body, mind and emotions, clear tension and blockages and prepare for meditation.
There will be Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to release deeply held tension, allowing the heart to soften and blossom. Also meditation based on the Hatha and Tantra yoga practice of Hrydayakasha Dharana. Over the weekend you will build up to the full length version of this practice which takes around 40 minutes.
Residential weekend with practice of Mouna (silence) from Saturday evening until Sunday morning after breakfast.
