Laura Mary Kate – Immrama Retreat Day

Laura Mary Kate has been holding space for women for over two and a half years in West Cork alone, and has practiced for several years as a Spiritual Counsellor and Coach, Tarotist, Soul Guide and Usui Reiki Practitioner.

She creates a nurturing, judgement-free environment where women feel safe to return to their truth, honor their emotions, and awaken their inner wisdom.

The day will begin with a Cacao & Crafting Ceremony, overlooking the sea and include a picnic, meditation, sacred swimming plus spaciousness to enjoy journalling and mindful walks in nature.
