One day Yoga Retreats themed around the seasons with Sarah Matthews
Yoga practices and meditation to explore our understanding of the seasons’ influence on us, how we can adapt and weave this into our practice and our life.
These retreats emphasize the importance of sequencing and being in alignment with nature. Within the art and science of yoga, there are endless ways to help rediscover the body’s innate wisdom and the inherent joy and healthfulness of living in balance from season to season.
Generally, the day will begin with an asana and pranayama practice, we will break for a walk, maybe a swim and lunch then return for meditation and restorative yoga practice in the afternoon.
Open to all levels. Dates will be posted during the year.
Times will vary according to the ferry schedule at the time, but expect the day to run from 10-5pm. Bring lunch to share.
