Reconnecting with nature and the elements through fluid yoga, meditation, mudras, yoga nidra, mindful movement, and time for sharing, connection and ritual. For women of all ages and stages of life – bring your best friend, your sister, daughter, mother..or come alone and make new friends while you’re here, or simply take time for yourself.
This weekend is always fun, expansive, restful, nourishing and healing. There will be time indoors and outside, re-connecting with yourself, with the other women and with the elements.
A yoga and movement practitioner since 1993, Claire has been teaching these disciplines full time since 2001. Her teaching approach is passionate, creative, enquiring and light-hearted.
